  ROAD ANGEL PLUS PLUS SOFTWARE MESSAGES

Failed to connect to Road Angel device. Please check your settings.

Ensure that your Road Angel Plus is switched on and says Connected to PC, it should not be backlit.
Ensure that your Road Angel Plus is connected to the USB port on the back of the computer. Avoid using a USB hub or a port on the front of the computer.
