This is nothing to worry about. Microsoft have a requirement that any product that carries the Windows XP logo on the product or packaging must be certified by them. Although Road Angel is designed to be connected to a computer for updates, this is not it’s primary function and therefore does not need this certification. Many products that have PC support software, such as Nokia mobile phone for example, will also display this message when you install the software. It will not impair or harm your PC in any way.
