Unable to connect to the Internet. Please check your connections and settings and reconnect your Road Angel.

Firstly ensure that you are connected to the internet. Try browsing through a couple of websites to make sure.

The update software requires Internet Explorer 5.5 or above in order to access the internet via the PC. Click here to find out how to check this.

This message can also be received as a result of a either a firewall or some other form of Internet Security stopping the update software from gaining access to the internet. The most common being Norton Personal Firewall, which is either a program on its own or is part of another program such as Norton Internet Security.
