If you have been directed to this page it is because the security level setting on your Internet Explorer is set too high. As a result you may be seeing the message below.

Open up Internet Explorer, left click on Tools and then left click on Internet Options.

Left click on the Privacy tab, you will probably find that it is set to ‘Block All Cookies’ or ‘High.’

Using the slider, adjust the setting to ‘Medium High.’ Then click OK.
